This class is designed especially for athletes who have never tried gymnastics before but are ready to explore and learn about this exciting sport. They will learn correct terminology and technique from the very beginning! Typically, each week gymnasts will focus on 1 or 2 of the events and also have a period of conditioning. We encourage all of the athletes to begin a gentle but daily stretching routing at home in addition to the weekly classes.
