There really is something for everyone in a Tumbling class.
Tumbling is great exercise no matter what level. It is fun for guys and girls. It is so much more than just learning a back hand spring!
Classes are one (1) hour in length and are divided more by ability than age. Students age 6 and up are welcome in the Tumbling program. Students are encouraged to push on through to the next level. Tumbling is divided into 3 main groups and a total of 5 levels. So, there is plenty to learn.
Flexibility is key to tumbling, especially with the harder and more complex tricks. So, a portion of each class concentrates on this as well. Students are also encouraged to begin and maintain their own home stretching routine.
